- Copy of Identification Document
- Proof of banking details (Should details not appear on the proof of payment)
- Proof of residence
Individuals: 24-month contracts:
- Copy of Identification Document
- Copy of Payslip OR 3 months bank statements
- Proof of residence
Businesses:
- Copy of Director's / Member's identity documents
- 3 Months Bank Statements OR recent financials
- Signed order on business letterhead
- Company registration documents
