As part of its corporate commitment, iBurst offers broadband internet connectivity on a 50% discount (i.e. e-rate) to schools, clinics and other public institutions.

We are currently the only operator who offers broadband services to townships like:

• Soweto, Alexandra and Thembisa in Johannesburg

As a result, several schools have been connected in these areas and the numbers will increase.

Our outreach projects

We have a long list of beneficiaries to which we have sponsored internet connectivity as part of our corporate Social Investment programme. These include, but are not limited to:

• Princess Alice Adoption Home
• Jabavu Computer Training Centre
• The Trust
• The Family International
• Bridge Centre
• Resthaven Ministries

Although most of these are in Gauteng, our future focus will be on other parts of the country as we continue to paint the country orange!
