Individual Subscriber: Month-To-Month package
- Copy of Identification Document
- Proof of Payment for Hardware Up-Front : Cash / EFT / Credit Card
- Proof of Banking Details (Should details not appear on the Proof of Payment)
Individual Subscriber: 24-month contracts
- Copy of Identification Document
- Copy of Pay Slip OR 3 Months Bank Statements
Corporate Subscriber:
- Proof of Payment for Hardware Up-Front : Cash / EFT / Credit Card (M-To-M)
- Copy of Members (Directors) Identification Documents
- 3 Months Bank Statements
- Official Order on a Company Letterhead
- Company Registration Documents
