When subscribing you will be contractually bound and the following will apply:
If a client is not situated in one of the coverage areas:
Should you intend on submitting an iBurst Subscriber application for contract /subscription, you would be required to first confirm coverage in your area by selecting the Coverage Tool to view the iBurst coverage in any specific area.
iBurst coverage currently exists in – JHB, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban.
The Outcome of Submitting the Subscriber Application Form online:
Once the Subscriber Application Form is submitted online, your application will be treated as confirmation of your intent to finalise an iBurst contract \ subscription. Upon iBursts’s receipt of your application, a Sales consultant will be in contact with you to confirm receipt of your applications form.
Supporting documentation required:
Supporting documentation will be required to finalize the application process. Please fax the documentation to the following number 011 676 6005.
What you need when applying:
Individual Subscribers:
- Copy of Identification Document
- Copy of Pay Slip / 3 months bank statements
- Proof of Residential Address
Corporate Subscribers:
- Copy of Members (Directors) Identification Documents
- 3 Months Bank Statements
- Official Order on a company letterhead
- Company Registration Documents
